It is not just by chance that the Group of Producers called LA QUERCYNOISE, set up its production 30 years ago in Gramat, in the Lot area of South-West of France. Here everything is real and life-size…. It is about tradition and the love of good food. In this land of living well, we know how to take our time to get the best of fattened geese and ducks. Of course, Foie Gras has pride of place as it merits, but also all other traditional dishes from the South West like confits, rillettes…. In the heart of this territory, nearly 200 producers who are passionate about what they do, put their experience in the service of quality and taste.

Quality, the basis for success
La Quercynoise is motivated by the desire to provide fine and delicious produce from the local region. That is the reason why it is essential that all facets of production are fully controlled. From selecting the animals to the dispatch of products, rigorous controls (both in-house and externally by official organization) are implemented at all stages. In this way we can guarantee all our products originate from the South West Region of France.

Quality that is recognised…
La Quercynoise has won more than 15 medals at the Concours Agricole Général de Paris for the Quality and Flavour if its products. Its high-performance production unit combines technology with reliability: Product Conformity Certification (IGP South West) and compliance with HACCP norm. After being granted the Environmental Management Certification ISO 14001 in 2005 and IFS in 2006, La Quercynoise has obtained in June 2008 two new certifications: Customer Satisfaction Norm ISO 9001 and Occupational Hearth and Safety Certification OHSAS 18001.

Thus La Quercynoise is one of the first companies in the foodstuff business in France who has been granted 4 quality certifications and has become an emblematic company for French Gastronomy.
