Ingredients : Pork meat, duck foie gras 20%, Guinea-fowl meat 20%, duck liver, duck fat, pork liver, eggs, salt, Armagnac, Porto, gelatine, spices, sugar.

As Chaudron du Terroir very often obtains many medals at the national agricultural fair in Paris, she is rewarded for its own quality requirements.
